Why Leadership Coaching?

Leading engineering teams is a craft that requires constant refinement. Just like we iterate on our technical systems, we need to evolve our leadership approach through deliberate practice and structured feedback loops.

My professional journey from hands-on engineering to technology leadership has taken me through companies like ThoughtWorks, Atlassian, and Canva—each presenting unique challenges in scaling teams and driving innovation.
